Who/What is #ECC?
We are a group of real estate agents committed to growing our business through outbound calling. We challenge each other relentlessly and unapologetically through accountability, authenticity, and skill-building.
#ECC Guidelines:
- Start Time: The virtual meeting starts at 7:00 am. You must participate. Be on time or lose out.

End Time: The virtual meeting will end at approximately 7:45 am, so you can get on the phone before or by 8:00 am (the “legal” time you’re able to call)

- The earlier you can start prospecting, the better. Think about it. Most people start work at 9 am, so they may be unable to answer the phone.
- Accountability: Members are expected to follow through by consistently showing up and taking action. Regular check-ins help maintain progress, while openness to constructive feedback ensures continuous improvement.
- Camera On: Real estate is a trust-based business. People who hide on camera can not be trusted. Turn on your camera so people can meet you and become familiar with who you are.
- Dress Professionally: Dress like a professional real estate agent. Dress as you would if you were “working a job” because this business is part of your job.
- Objections: Limit the objections you give to your “roleplaying seller” to 2 maximum objections

WhatsApp: To be eligible for the exclusive WhatsApp group, you must be voted in by the group by either being consistent on the calls or bringing value in a way that is impactful to the group.
- You will get 1 warning, and you will be removed.
- Roleplay meetings are open to everyone: Just because you are removed from the WhatsApp group doesn’t mean you are not welcome to attend the roleplays.

Questions: Be concise with questions. We don’t need a full backstory. Get to the point ASAP.
- Be careful with questions because they can cause things to get off track. If you have a question, roleplay the scenario. It’s not about what you know; it’s more about what you implement. We learn better through implementation.
- Event recordings: You must be an Active #ECC Member, or you must be in attendance live, focused, and participating.
Open Roleplay Group Rules / Guidelines:
Understand the difference between an objection and a condition.

Note: As a roleplaying seller, you DO want to sell the house.
- Don’t be stubborn for the sake of being stubborn.
- Time: 2 minutes maximum
- Objections: 2 objections maximum

Feedback: 2 minutes maximum
- Do not “defend yourself” by replying to feedback unless you are asked a specific question. Just accept the feedback by understanding it’s intended to help you grow and become a better professional.
- Do not ask questions during feedback sessions. Wait until after.
#ECC Membership - Exclusive WhatsApp Group Guidelines
The group is growing and becoming more sacred. Because of this, we have new guidelines specifically for WhatsApp.
You are still welcome to attend the roleplay whenever you desire. That is always open. These guidelines apply specifically to WhatsApp and #ECC Membership.
However, for WhatsApp / #ECC Membership, the guidelines are as follows:
- 15-Day Probation / 3 Weeks to join the WhatsApp group and become an official #ECC member.
- Cameras On, Consistently: Confident people are fearless in showing themselves. Success in this business is directly relevant to your confidence. (No excuses.)
- Consistent Presence: If you miss 3 days of participating or adding value to the members consistently, your #ECC Membership will be revoked. (You are welcome to still attend the roleplays. You are just no longer an #ECC member, until you qualify once again.)

Bring Consistent Value: You must bring consistent value to the group. Some members are grandfathered in because they add significant value to the group and have a major impact.

Clear indications of value include:
- The group members have learned something impactful from you.
- You’ve had an influence on several group members.
- You appear as a strong leader and lead by example.
- There are some exceptions to the guidelines, and this is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Removal Guidelines:
- The general rule: If you miss 3 days in total, you will be removed.
- If we see you treading the lines and you don’t add significant value to the group, you will be removed.
- Removal is at our discretion if you do not bring or add significant value to the group.
- If you are doing the “bare minimum” or “just enough to get by,” you will be removed.
