AI in Real Estate: How To Use AI In Real Estate

AI in Real Estate: Unlocking Insider Secrets for Your Business

This blog is your guide to learning how to use AI in your real estate business.

This year, I wanted to write about something fresh. I already wrote a book about real estate marketing called Real Estate Marketing Implementation: Insiders’ Secrets of Successful Advertising, Lead Generation, and Marketing Implementation (a book I published that's over 500 pages, and believe me, it was incredibly challenging to pack every secret into it!).

After covering real estate marketing in depth, the next big topic that came to mind was AI. While most people are familiar with ChatGPT, you'll soon discover that AI is actually far broader and has been around for a very long time!

My mentor, Justin Brooke, helped me better understand how effective AI can be when used correctly, delivering the information in a more organized format.

I immediately knew these vital secrets needed to be shared directly with you, especially if you work in real estate – whether you're an agent, investor, mortgage broker, or anyone else in the field. Your core goal with this book is to truly understand and powerfully leverage these AI secrets in your daily work, giving you a real advantage. You can learn more about my work and resources at JeromeLewis.com.

The Power of Live Video

Do you want to connect more authentically with your audience? My book, How to Turn Videos into Money Fast, emphasizes how crucial videos are for showcasing your genuine human side.

Now, with AI becoming so powerful, it's becoming incredibly easy for anyone to create videos with just a few simple instructions. To truly stand out in this evolving landscape, I strongly recommend you embrace live video.

Live videos help you connect with people in a real way, and you can discover more about this strategy in my other book or by visiting RemarketingBook.com/Free.

How to Use This Book: Your Path to AI Mastery

This book is designed to be a fast read and a workbook for action. To get the most out of each Secret and truly leverage AI for your real estate business, pay close attention to the "Action Item" section at the end of every Secret. These sections are structured to help you move from learning to doing, ensuring that the knowledge you gain translates into real-world results.

Each "Action Item" is broken down into four clear parts, designed for maximum impact:

  • Action: This is your clear call to do something specific. It tells you what tangible task to perform, often with a clear timeframe to encourage immediate engagement. This is your commitment to putting ideas into practice.
  • Implementation: This step connects the action you've just taken directly to applying what you've learned in your real estate business. It's where theory becomes practical strategy and you see the real-world impact.
  • Reflection: This part asks you to pause and think about the concepts and your experience. It encourages mental processing and connecting the new information to your own experiences and goals. This is where true understanding and deeper learning begin.
  • Benefit: This is the concluding point. It highlights why completing the action was important and what direct positive impact it will have on your understanding or your business, reinforcing the value gained from your effort.

By actively engaging with each of these steps, you'll not only read about AI but also truly integrate it into your professional life. So, grab a notebook or open a digital document, and get ready to transform your business with AI! For more resources and insights from me, visit JeromeLewis.com.

Important Note on AI's Speed: The world of AI is moving incredibly fast. What's new today might be common tomorrow. This book gives you the core understanding and actionable steps you need right now. However, because AI is always changing, getting real-world help through coaching, consulting, or mentorship is the best way to stay ahead.

These resources offer up-to-the-minute strategies and personalized guidance that a book alone cannot provide. Consider this book your strong starting point, and ongoing support your path to continuous growth and effective AI utilization.

Secret 1: Understanding AI: The Basics

This Secret will help you understand what Artificial Intelligence is and how it can make a big difference, especially in real estate.

AI is Changing Real Estate

Real estate has often been slow to change when it comes to adopting new ways of doing things. Perhaps you've felt that comfort yourself, knowing just one sale can bring in a lot of money. This comfort can sometimes make professionals lazy or slow to try new ideas. People often say that real estate has created more rich people than any other business, and that is true! But this easy pace will not last forever. Why? Because now, AI is a strong tool that anyone can use.

People today can find more information than ever before. They can look up almost anything they want to know, not just on websites like Google. They can also use strong AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other programs. These tools let them get answers to almost any question directly from the AI.

Here is a very important idea I want you to remember: You will not be replaced by AI. So, you do not need to be afraid of AI. But, it is very possible you might be replaced by someone who uses AI. So, make sure you are not the one left behind. Be the person who truly uses AI to their advantage!

AI is like having a super assistant that makes you faster, quicker, and much better at what you do. It helps you do more, like making copies of your work. It also helps you save a lot of money, meaning you will not have to pay other people as much for certain tasks. AI is here to stay, so my advice is to use it and learn how to make it work for you.

What is AI?

AI means "Artificial Intelligence." It is when machines are made to act like humans. But here is the main difference: machines are not made to think like humans do.

They just work by finding patterns and using those patterns. They are not human. That is what artificial intelligence is – smartness that is made by machines.

When people say AI, it is a very big idea. Most of us think of ChatGPT right away, but AI is much bigger than that.

AI has actually been around for many, many years. Think about it: social media runs on AI. YouTube uses AI. The ads you see on social media? All of that is powered by AI.

So, it's important for you to truly understand what AI is. It's not just ChatGPT or some new popular apps you see online. AI is a much bigger, more technical idea, offering far more than most people realize.

Key Takeaways from Secret 1

  • AI is a big idea, much older and wider than just popular tools like ChatGPT.
  • AI is a strong tool that helps people do more. It makes you faster, better, and saves money.
  • Using AI is very important to stay good at your profession as things change.

Action Item for Secret 1

  • Action: Today, in a notebook or digital document, write down 2 specific examples of how AI helps you in your personal life (e.g., streaming service recommendations, navigation apps, voice assistants).
  • Implementation: By the end of this week, consider how recognizing these everyday uses of AI might open your mind to its potential applications within your real estate business.
  • Reflection: Think about how this broad understanding can help you start seeing new opportunities in your field.
  • Benefit: Understanding AI's presence in your daily life helps to make it less mysterious and shows you how broadly it's already used.

Secret 2: Popular AI Tools

This Secret will introduce you to some of the most common and powerful AI tools available today. Understanding what each tool does best will help you pick the right one for your real estate tasks, making your work faster and smarter.

Before we dive into the tools, let's understand ChatGPT, which is often the first AI tool many people hear about. ChatGPT is a special kind of AI called a Large Language Model. The "GPT" in its name stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer.

  • Generative means it can create new text, like stories, emails, or answers to questions.
  • Pre-trained means it has learned from a huge amount of text data before you even use it.
  • So, ChatGPT is like a very smart writing assistant that has read a lot and can create new things for you.

ChatGPT: Your Writing and Idea Assistant

ChatGPT is, by far, the most popular AI tool right now that most people know about and use. Many people understand how to use ChatGPT and how to give it directions, also called prompts.

Once you get a handle on ChatGPT, your next important step is to get really good at prompts.

I will even show you a trick for that later: you can ask the AI what kind of prompt it would make! Learning how to give good prompts is one of the main things you can learn when using AI.

In fact, ChatGPT can even help you get better at it. If you want to learn more, I will have a special prompt ready for you in the resource section at RemarketingBook.com/Free.

How Real Estate Professionals Use It:

  • Drafting Property Descriptions: Quickly write engaging descriptions for new listings.
  • Generating Social Media Captions: Create fresh ideas for your posts about properties or market news.
  • Outlining Client Communication: Get help structuring emails or letters to buyers and sellers.

Google Gemini: Your Research and Data Partner

So, here is how I want you to think about this: Google Gemini right now, in July 2025, is the AI I like more than ChatGPT. While ChatGPT is very popular, I truly like Google Gemini because of the special things it can do and how it helps. Let me tell you about them.

Here is what is so cool about Google Gemini that I really like. I pay for Google AI Pro (https://one.google.com/about/ai-premium), which costs about $20 each month.

What truly made me want to pay for it (since ChatGPT costs about the same) was that Gemini gives you extra good things, and Google owns it.

Think about it: Google owns search, YouTube, and the main Google website where most people go to find facts. So, I find Gemini super helpful because it can get to so much information. For some reason, it is just not as well known as ChatGPT.

Here is the best part: when you pay $20 each month for Google Gemini, they give you 2 big storage spaces (terabytes) for all your Google Photos, Drive files, and Gmail.

I was already paying for Google storage, so it just made good sense to get Gemini. I actually stopped my ChatGPT paid plan and switched to Google Gemini because of these great things it offers.

Also, it lets you use it right inside Google Docs, your videos, and other Google tools, all for that $20. That is truly one of the things I really, really love about Google Gemini.

And last, the final thing I truly like, in simple words, is what smart computer people call a "token" or "context window." Google Gemini just has a better token window. Here is how that works: a token window, simply put, is how many words or letters the tool can understand at 1 time.

(This is a simple way to say it, but think of the word "target" as taking up six tokens.) These AIs work by looking at information in tokens. Google Gemini, in July 2025, has a much bigger token space than ChatGPT. For example, the ChatGPT 4o model can understand about 128,000 tokens.

But Google Gemini 1.5 Pro has a huge 1 million token space. This means Google Gemini can read and work with a lot more data and information than ChatGPT.

This alone was a big reason why I chose Google Gemini over ChatGPT.

That token window, that context window, is truly huge! Most people might not need that much space, but I really suggest Google Gemini because of all the things it can do. While ChatGPT and Google's AIs do similar jobs, paying $20 for Google's option gives you those extra good things.

Think of AI as an assistant you pay for. For just $20 a month, you are getting a level of experience and expertise that you simply cannot pay another human for.

No human assistant could work 24/7, process millions of data points in seconds, or learn and adapt as quickly as AI does, all for such a low, consistent cost. This is why investing in paid AI tools is not just a cost, but a powerful investment in your business's efficiency and growth.

How Real Estate Professionals Use It:

  • Summarizing Market Reports: Quickly get the main points from long market trend documents.
  • Analyzing Neighborhood Data: Understand trends from multiple articles or data sources to advise clients.
  • Drafting Complex Contract Clauses: Get help comparing or creating detailed parts of contracts.

Fathom AI Notetaker: Your Smart Meeting Assistant

Fathom AI Notetaker is an AI tool that connects to your online meetings (like Zoom or Google Meet) and acts as your personal note-taker.

It records, transcribes, and uses AI to summarize the key points of your calls.

Even better, it can automatically highlight action items, important questions, and key moments, so you never miss a detail. This means you can focus fully on the conversation, knowing AI is capturing everything important.

How Real Estate Professionals Use It:

  • Summarizing Client Calls: Get quick summaries of buyer or seller consultations, highlighting their needs and questions.
  • Tracking Action Items from Team Meetings: Automatically pull out "to-do" lists from team discussions, assigning tasks and deadlines.
  • Reviewing Property Walkthroughs: Transcribe and summarize virtual property tours, noting key features or repair needs.

Opus Clip: Your AI Video Highlight Creator

Opus Clip is an amazing AI tool that helps you create short, engaging videos from longer ones.

You simply upload a longer video (like a webinar, a property tour, or a client testimonial), and Opus Clip uses smart AI to find the most important parts and even guess which moments are most likely to go viral.

It then cuts these into short clips, adds captions, and creates catchy headlines. This saves you tons of time in video editing and helps your content get noticed!

How Real Estate Professionals Use It:

  • Creating Viral Property Snippets: Turn a long video walkthrough into several short, exciting clips designed to grab attention on social media.
  • Highlighting Key Testimonial Snippets: Take a longer client interview and get short, powerful quotes that are most impactful for marketing.
  • Summarizing Market Update Videos: Turn a detailed market analysis video into quick, shareable insights that capture the main points.

Canva: Your AI-Powered Bulk Design Studio

Canva is a popular tool for making designs, and it now has powerful AI features that make creating visuals even easier, especially for bulk content.

With Canva's AI, you can use smart templates and the Bulk Create feature to quickly make many social media graphics, flyers, or presentations.

This is perfect for when you need a lot of similar designs fast, even if you're not a professional designer. Its AI can also help you pick colors, suggest layouts, and even remove backgrounds from photos with just a few clicks.

How Real Estate Professionals Use It:

  • Mass-Producing Open House Flyers: Quickly create a series of branded flyers for multiple properties using a template and bulk data.
  • Generating Consistent Social Media Campaigns: Design numerous social media images for a campaign, ensuring a uniform look with AI assistance.
  • Creating Branded Client Presentation Slides: Use AI to help design a full set of presentation slides that maintain your brand's style across many different topics.

Manus: Your Autonomous Project Manager (For Advanced Users)

Last, I want to tell you about a tool my mentor told me about. He said this one works very well for looking up facts for projects. The name of this tool is Manus.

While Manus is a powerful AI assistant that can truly work on its own for you, turning your thoughts into writing and handling many tasks for work and life even while you rest, it does require advanced expertise to set up and use fully.

Because Manus is a more complex tool, this book will not go into great detail about it. It is designed for those who are ready for a higher level of AI automation.

If you want to learn more about how to leverage Manus and apply its full power to your real estate business, I highly recommend exploring our Implementation Workshops. You can learn more about these workshops by emailing Jerome@DigitalRealEstateStrategy.com directly.

How Real Estate Professionals Use It (with advanced setup):

  • Automating Lead Qualification: Set it up to sort and qualify leads from spreadsheets automatically.
  • Generating CMA Reports: Create detailed comparative market analysis reports with minimal input.
  • Building Mini-Websites: Design and deploy simple websites for specific properties without constant supervision.

Choosing Your AI Assistant: Which Tool is Right for You?

With these powerful tools, you might wonder which one to use for what. Here’s a simple guide to help you decide:

  • For quick writing, brainstorming, or simple questions:ChatGPT is a great choice. It's fast and good with words.
  • For taking notes and summarizing meetings automatically:Fathom AI Notetaker is excellent for staying focused during calls.
  • For deep research, summarizing long documents, or working with lots of data:Google Gemini is very strong, especially if you already use other Google tools.
  • For making short, engaging videos from longer ones, especially viral content:Opus Clip is your go-to for quick video content that gets noticed.
  • For creating eye-catching designs and visuals, especially in bulk:Canva's AI features can make your marketing stand out and save time on repetitive design tasks.
  • For automating entire projects or complex tasks that run in the background (requires advanced setup):Manus is designed to work on its own, making it ideal for bigger, hands-off projects.

Think about the task you need to do, and then choose the AI tool that best fits that need. Each one has its own special strengths to help you succeed.

Key Takeaways from Secret 2

  • ChatGPT is a well-known AI tool, great for learning how to give directions (prompts) and generating text.
  • Google Gemini is very good because it can handle more information and works with other Google tools, making it strong for research.
  • Fathom AI Notetaker helps you stay focused in meetings by automatically taking notes and summarizing key points.
  • Opus Clip uses AI to quickly turn long videos into short, engaging clips, finding important and viral content.
  • Canva offers AI features that help you design professional-looking graphics and visuals with ease, especially for bulk content creation.
  • Manus is a powerful AI assistant for automating complex projects and research, though it requires advanced setup and is best learned through specialized training like our workshops.

Choosing the right AI tool depends on your specific task, whether it's quick writing, deep research, video creation, design, meeting notes, or full project automation.

Action Item for Secret 2

  • Action: Within the next 24 hours, if you have not already, try using ChatGPT or Google Gemini (the free ones are a good start). Ask it to write a short paragraph about house prices in your area right now, or generate 3 social media post ideas for a new listing.
  • Implementation: Today, review the AI's output. Consider how useful this quick response could be in your daily client interactions or for generating quick market insights. Think about how you could use this type of instant information in your real estate business.
  • Reflection: What was your initial reaction to the AI's output? Did it surprise you with its speed or quality? How does this make you feel about AI's potential for your specific tasks?
  • Benefit: This first-hand experience will show you how quickly AI can generate useful information, giving you a tangible sense of its power for your business and helping you choose the right tool.

Secret 3: Clearing Up Common Lies About AI

Have you ever felt a shiver of doubt or confusion when you hear about AI? It's natural to have questions or even some worries as new tools like AI come along.

This Secret is dedicated to tackling those common fears head-on. I use the word 'lies' here because I want to be as honest and straightforward as possible with you.

We will look at these worries directly and show you how AI can truly be a strong assistant, helping you grow and succeed in your real estate business without being afraid. Get ready to uncover the truth and gain confidence!

Lie 1: AI Will Replace Real Estate Professionals

The Problem: You might think AI will become so smart that it will do all your work, leaving you with nothing to do. This fear is common when new tools come out.

The Reality: If you choose to ignore or not use AI because you are afraid it will take your profession, you might fall behind. Other people in real estate will learn to use AI. They will become faster, smarter, and more helpful to their clients. If they use AI and you do not, they will have a big lead. You could miss out on deals or even be replaced by someone who does use AI.

The Truth: Remember this important truth: AI won't replace you, but a person using AI might. Think of AI as a strong assistant that makes you better and faster at your work. It does the boring, long tasks, giving you time to focus on the human parts of your profession. This includes building strong friendships, understanding what clients truly feel, making deals, and giving special help that only a person can. By using AI, you become better, more important, and less likely to be left behind.

Lie 2: AI Tools Are Too Complex to Master

The Problem: You might look at AI tools and feel like it is too much, thinking they are too hard or that you need to be a computer expert to even start.

The Reality: Believing AI is too hard can stop you from even trying. If you do not try these tools, you will miss out on great chances to save time, save money, and do your work better. You will keep doing tasks the old, slow way, while others are using AI to make their work fast and easy. This can make you feel tired and like you are always busy but not getting much done.

The Truth: AI tools are made to be easy to use, and they are getting easier every day! For many tools, like ChatGPT or Google Gemini, you just type what you want, and the AI helps you get it done. This book is your guide, showing you how to use these tools step-by-step. The more you practice giving clear directions (prompts), the stronger and easier AI becomes. You do not need to be a computer expert; you just need to be ready to try and learn.

Lie 3: AI Removes the 'Human Touch' from Real Estate

Problem: Real estate is about people and trust. You might worry that using AI will make your work feel cold, not personal, or like a robot.

Reality: If you do not use AI to keep the "human touch," you might actually have less time for real talks with people. Without AI to do the normal tasks, you will spend more hours on papers, setting up meetings, answering simple questions, and putting in facts. This leaves you with less energy and and time for deep talks, helping with feelings, and giving special care that truly builds strong friendships with clients. You might feel very busy, but not truly connecting.

The Truth: AI does not take away the human touch; it makes it better and helps you have more of it! Think of AI as your personal assistant for all the boring, repeated tasks. AI can manage your calendar, send reminders, write first emails, and find house facts. This gives you time to focus on what only a person can do: truly listening, giving honest advice, building good relationships, and sharing happy times with your clients. By letting AI do the busy work, you can be more present, more caring, and give even better help.

Lie 4: Free AI Tools Are Sufficient for Growth

Problem: You might see the monthly cost for strong AI tools (like ChatGPT Plus or Google Gemini) and wonder if it is worth the money, especially when there are free ones.

Reality: While free AI tools are a good start, they often have limits. They might be slower, not have the newest facts, or offer fewer strong features that could truly change your business. Only using free tools means you are not getting all that AI can do. You might miss out on deeper research, faster content making, or special tools that could make a big difference for you. This can stop you from growing and reaching your full potential.

The Truth: Paying a small fee for strong AI tools is an investment that gives you a lot back. For a small monthly cost, you get special features like bigger "token windows" for looking at more facts, access to the newest AI ways of working, and easy use with other important business tools. This small payment saves you many hours of work by hand, makes costs lower, and helps you work better and smarter than you could before. It is like hiring a very smart, always-working assistant for a very small price – no one else would do so much for you!

Lie 5: AI Compromises Client Data Privacy

Problem: You might worry that using AI means your clients' private facts might not be safe, making them lose trust in you.

Reality: Good AI tools are built with strong ways to keep facts safe and private. Facts are often made secret (encrypted), and companies follow strict rules to keep information safe. Many programs are made for very strong safety for business to handle private facts well.

The Truth: Always pick AI tools from companies you trust and know well. Before using any AI tool with client facts, take time to read their rules about privacy and understand how they handle and keep facts safe. For very private facts, think about using AI for tasks where names are not used, or for applying it to their business inside your business that does not show client details. Choose tools that are clear about how they keep things safe and follow rules for good AI use. Your human eye is very important to make sure AI is used fairly and safely.

Lie 6: AI Outputs Are Inherently Untrustworthy

Problem: You might be afraid that AI will give you wrong, not complete, or unfair facts, leading you to make bad choices for your business or clients.

Reality: AI learns from the facts it is taught with. If those facts have unfair parts or are old, the AI's answers can show those problems. But, AI is very strong at looking at many facts quickly and finding patterns that people might miss. It is a tool for looking at things and making new things, not a perfect answer-giver.

The Truth: Always use facts from AI as a starting point for your research, not the final word. For big choices or advice for clients, always check and make sure the facts are right from other trusted places. Use AI's speed with your own smarts, careful thinking, and what you know about real estate. Think of AI as a super-fast research assistant for finding and putting facts in order, but you are still the expert who makes the final choice.

Lie 7: Using AI Will Make You Lose Your Skills

Problem: You might worry that using AI a lot for tasks will make you less good, less sharp, or cause you to forget your basic skills over time.

Reality: AI is great at doing tasks that are repeated, boring, or involve a lot of facts. By letting AI do these, you free up your mind and time to focus on bigger tasks that need human ideas, plans, and solving hard problems. This can actually help you learn new, more important skills.

The Truth: Use AI to make you better, not to take away your main skills. Keep practicing and making your special human skills better, like making deals, talking with feelings, planning smart, and thinking new ideas. Think of AI as a tool that does the "busy work," letting you spend more time on the art and science of real estate that truly sets you apart. It is about working smarter, not losing your edge.

Lie 8: Learning AI Requires Too Much Time

Problem: You might feel like there are too many AI tools and facts, thinking that learning AI will take a very long and hard time.

Reality: While the world of AI is big, many tools are made to be easy to use. You do not need to learn everything at once. Small, steady steps can lead to big gains. The first time you spend learning basic AI skills will save you much more time later because you will work better.

The Truth: Start small and pick 1 or 2AI tools that help with a problem you have right now. Spend a short, regular amount of time each week (like 15-30 minutes) looking at features, practicing prompts, or watching quick videos. Remember, the goal is not to become an AI developer, but to effectively use these tools in your daily work. The good things you get will quickly be more than the time you spend learning.

Lie 9: AI Is Always Biased and Unfair

Problem: You might be concerned that AI systems, because of how they are made or the facts they learn from, could give unfair ideas, especially in important areas like house prices, client ideas, or loan approvals.

Reality: AI systems learn from the facts it is taught with. If those facts show old human unfairness (like in past loan rules or house prices), the AI can keep doing those unfair things. This is a known challenge in making AI, and smart people are working hard to find and fix unfairness.

The Truth: Know that unfairness can be in AI answers. When using AI for tasks that involve people or money choices, look at the results very carefully. Think about using different kinds of facts if you can control what the AI learns, and always use your own good judgment and understanding of fair rules. Choose AI tools from makers who care about fairness and being clear about how their AI works. Your human watch is very important to make sure AI is used in a good and fair way.

Key Takeaways from Secret 3

  • AI is a strong tool that makes you better at your profession; it does not take professions, but those who use it get a big lead.
  • Learning AI is getting simpler every day, and you do not need to be a computer expert to start using it well.
  • AI gives you more time from normal tasks, letting you focus more on building real friendships with your clients.

Action Item for Secret 3

  • Action: Right now, in your notebook, write down that specific fear. Then, write a sentence or 2 explaining how the facts and insights in this Secret helped change your mind or feel better about that worry.
  • Implementation: By tomorrow, consider how overcoming this specific fear can now empower you to take a practical step toward applying AI to your business that you might have avoided before. What is one small AI task you now feel more confident trying?
  • Reflection: What new insights did you gained about your own mindset regarding AI? How does addressing this fear change your perspective on future AI tools?
  • Benefit: Directly facing and understanding your concerns about AI is the first step to overcoming them, allowing you to embrace new tools without hesitation.

Secret 4: Creating Content Fast with AI

This Secret will teach you how to make a lot of content very quickly. Previously, a process for content creation would take about 30 minutes to find popular topics and create good content. Now, with AI, you can create a month's worth of content in just 2 hours or even less!

Why Content Matters

Content is how people find you and learn about your work. It is how they see the good things you offer as a real estate worker. Content helps people decide if they want to work with you.

In the book, Real Estate Marketing Implementation: Insiders’ Secrets of Successful Advertising, Lead Generation, and Marketing Implementation, 2 important ideas related to content are talked about:

  1. The 5 Stages of Awareness: This idea, from a smart marketer named Eugene Schwarz, teaches you to focus on where your audience is in their understanding. Content is very important at the start when people do not yet know they have a problem or need. You want to create content that helps them learn and get closer to applying it to their business with you. Content is made to help people, not just for fun.
  2. The Core Four for Lead Generation: This concept, learned through Alex Hormozi, shows a way to think about getting new customers. Content creation is one part of this plan. You can learn more about this in my Real Estate Marketing Implementation: Insiders’ Secrets of Successful Advertising, Lead Generation, and Marketing Implementation book.

The Power of Live Video in an AI World

In a world filled with digital content, your human face, your authentic voice, and your unique personality are what truly build connection and trust in real estate. This is your irreplaceable advantage. While AI makes it incredibly easy for anyone to create pre-recorded videos with just a few simple instructions, AI's role is to powerfully support your human presence, not replace it.

Think about it:

  • AI can generate talking points or a full script for your live sessions, but your genuine smile and direct eye contact build rapport.
  • AI can brainstorm engaging questions to ask your audience live, but your ability to listen and respond with empathy creates a real bond.
  • AI can create promotional social media posts for your upcoming live streams, but your energy and passion in the live video are what truly captivate viewers.
  • AI can even analyze past live video transcripts to find popular topics for future sessions, helping you refine your message.

To truly stand out in this evolving landscape, I strongly recommend you embrace live video. Tools like Restream.io (Restream.io) can help you go live on many platforms at once, making your live video efforts even more powerful and far-reaching. Live videos help you connect with people in a real way, building deeper trust, stronger relationships, and a loyal client base – the true foundation of a successful real estate career. You can discover more about this strategy in my other book or by visiting RemarketingBook.com/Free.

Key Takeaways from Secret 4

  • AI drastically speeds up content creation, enabling you to produce a month's worth of video-driven content in just a few hours.
  • Content is key to getting people to notice you and teaching them, especially when they are just starting to learn about a problem.
  • Using AI for content makes your marketing work smoother, helping you find and connect with people who might become clients.

Action Item for Secret 4

  • Action: This week, choose 1 piece of existing real estate video content you have (even a short one, like a property walk-through or a market update). Use Opus Clip (if available) to identify 3-5 key moments. Then, use ChatGPT or Google Gemini to draft 3 social media captions for these video clips.
  • Implementation: Before the end of the week, take 1 of those drafted captions and use Canva's AI features to design a simple graphic (e.g., a quote card or a statistic visual) that could go with a video clip. Consider how you could use Canva's Bulk Create feature if you had many such visuals to make from your video.
  • Reflection: What surprised you most about the speed or quality of the AI-generated draft? How might this change your approach to content planning in the future?
  • Benefit: Experiencing AI's content creation speed firsthand will demonstrate its potential to save you significant time, allowing you to produce more valuable content for your audience and strengthen your market presence.

Secret 5: Other AI Tools and Building Websites

Now, let's talk about other AI tools, especially ones that can help you build websites and pages very quickly. In the past, people paid a lot of money to get websites made. Now, you can build them in minutes, not days!

You can use AI to make all kinds of websites: websites to check house prices, to figure out costs, to save on taxes, or even to suggest house repairs.

Lovable AI

The tool I suggest for this is Lovable.ai. It is very easy to use once you learn how to give it good prompts. The more details you give, the better. Sometimes you want to be general, and sometimes you want to be very specific. Once you know how to give prompts and what you want, with clear examples, you can then use these tools correctly. Lovable.ai is usually the easiest and most friendly tool to use.

Replit is another tool that is like Lovable.ai. But this tool is more for people who know more about computers, needing more tech skills to use it. It can be a little cheaper and offers website hosting services. This means it will keep your website online without you needing to look for other places to make your website.

v0.dev/ is a new tool found in a class. It also does similar things to Lovable.ai and Replit. You just need to prompt the tool correctly.

Key Takeaways from Secret 5

Do you see other people in your profession using new tools, and you are not sure how to keep up?

Do you want to use all the power of AI for your business, not just the basic tools?

Are you looking for a clear, step-by-step guide to use strong AI ideas without guessing?

If you said "yes" to any of these, you are not alone. Many real estate workers feel stuck. They know AI is strong but are not sure how to truly use it.

Secret 6: Finding What Clients Really Want

In the past, finding out what clients truly wanted took a lot of hard work and looking up facts by hand. Now, AI can make this much faster. This Secret will show you how to use AI to understand the true needs and desires of all your real estate clients: buyers, sellers, renters, and even prospects like expired listings and FSBOs.

AI for Deep Research

The Manus tool I talked about earlier is great for looking up facts. But you can also use ChatGPT and Google Gemini for deep research.

To get the best research tools, it is highly suggested to pay the $20 each month for these tools. You cannot pay a person $20 to do this much research, this often, or this well. It is worth every penny!

When teaching about marketing, it is very important to slow down and think about the other person. You need to understand your possible client. The 5 Stages of Awareness idea is very helpful here.

AI can help you make the process of understanding these stages for your audience much faster.

Beyond Demographics: Psychographics of Your Clients

When thinking about looking up facts, people often think about what someone looks like – their age, what they wear, and so on. This is called demographics, and it is helpful.

But what is even more important is understanding their psychographics – how they think, what they feel, their thoughts, and why they make choices.

You want to understand what makes them want to buy, what they have been through, what they worry about, and what makes them happy. You want to think about their feelings and their mind.

Finding Market Gaps

One important thing you can do is find market gaps. A market gap is something that people are looking for, but it is missing from the market.

For example, this book is here to help fill a market gap about how to use AI just for real estate. Many people talk about AI, but this book helps you understand how to use it in your real estate business.

You are asked to do the same thing! Use all the AI tools you can – Manus, ChatGPT, Google Gemini – to look up deep facts about your target customers.

Understand how they think and feel (psychographics) so you can talk in a way that makes them feel like you truly understand what they need.

Key Takeaways from Secret 6

  • AI is a strong tool that makes you better at your profession; it does not take professions, but those who use it get a big lead.
  • Understanding a client's mindset and emotions (psychographics) is more important than just facts about them (demographics) for powerful marketing and sales.
  • AI helps you find market gaps and understand the deep needs of various client types, including buyers, sellers, renters, expired listings, and FSBOs.

Action Item for Secret 6

  • Action: Right now, in your notebook, pick 1 specific type of real estate client or prospect you want to understand better (e.g., first-time buyers, expired listing owners, or long-term renters).
  • Implementation: By tomorrow, use an AI tool (like ChatGPT or Google Gemini) to research this client type. Ask the AI questions like: "What are their biggest worries?" "What makes them happy when dealing with real estate?" "What words do they use to describe their ideal outcome?" Write down at least 3 emotional needs or desires you discover through your research.
  • Reflection: How do these new insights change your view of this client type? How can you adjust your conversations or marketing messages to speak directly to these emotions and desires?
  • Benefit: Deeply understanding the emotional needs of all your clients and prospects allows you to connect with them more effectively, leading to stronger relationships and more successful outcomes in your real estate business.
