And we are seeing a click-through rate of around 30% with chatbot marketing. Just to click-through rates alone exceed the open rates of email marketing at only 20%.
Email still has his place but it should only be used for communication. Email just shouldn't be used for marketing if you want to be as effective as possible. email marketing is very over-saturated. most people subscribe to numerous email lists.
We are tricked into signing up, some of us rarely check or email inboxes, sometimes messages go to the spam box when they shouldn't, email isn’t very conversational, sending links and attachments back and forth can be complicated.
Some people have tens of thousands of email messages unread in their email inboxes. can you imagine fighting through that type of clutter, just to get your message seen? Not to mention we still need the user to open the email.
Then we need them to take action from that email. this is pretty complicated. and you can't have an automated system in place. but then you have to go through that entire conversion process again.
Chatbot marketing eliminates this. because you are having a conversation with a real estate prospect real estate customer, or real estate client through a private channel. This private Channel provides more privacy to the customer.
